By downloading the Score It! app or using the Score It! website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Using the Service

Score It! is a score-tracking app for board game groups. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Content moderation and abusive behavior

Score It! has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes anything that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive, and abusive behavior includes harassment, impersonation, or targeting other users.

You can report any post, comment, or user directly from the app, and you can block any user to stop seeing their content and prevent them from contacting you. We review reports and may remove content, restrict a user's ability to post, or permanently ban an account, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

User content

You own the content you enter (scores, match data, group names). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your group members.

We are not responsible for content entered by other users in groups you belong to.

Intellectual property

The Score It! name, logo, and app design are our property. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our brand assets without permission.

Board game names, artwork, and trademarks referenced in the app belong to their respective owners. Score It! is not affiliated with or endorsed by any board game publisher.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep Score It! available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Score It! and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@scoreit.fun.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
